This incident resulted in the partial closure of the CTA tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park.

An additional two individuals are now in custody related to a robbery at London's Heathrow Airport where over twenty individuals were injured by what is thought to be an irritant spray, according to law enforcement.

A 24-year-old man, was taken into custody in Lambeth for suspected theft and assault and a woman, 23 was detained for suspected conspiracy to commit robbery. Both individuals are still being held, the force said.

These detentions come after a probe into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Heathrow's Terminal 3 on Sunday. Before the attack, two women were robbed of their luggage after getting out of a parking garage elevator.

A toddler aged three was one of the those hurt during the incident. Five people went to hospital for treatment and have since been released.

Officers arrested a 31-year-old man on suspicion of theft and assault close to the scene. He was subsequently released under investigation while inquiries continue.

Police were alerted at approximately 08:10 GMT following reports of several individuals injured by an irritating chemical believed to be an irritant spray.

The attack - an event that police said was a standalone incident and not being treated as an act of terror - resulted in delays to rail services and the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 car park for a short time.
